Visited J P Joule in Sale last week and was impressedwith very frequent sanitizing of all surfaces.Visited yesterday - All gone , tables not cleared or cleaned , felt very unsafeWe will miss our weekly visits

Wetherspoons Brigg, ordered on the app, great no contact with with bar staff, food was virtually thrown on the table, burger was passable chips cold and soggy, hot chocolate arrived empty cup with a stick with a lump of chocolate on ok but having never been in Wetherspoons before no idea where I was supposed to get the hot milk it told you to get to make said chocolate, upon asking someone because waitress didn’t hang around long enough to ask I went and got my hot milk leaving my already cold meal to get colder, followed instructions but by the time the chocolate melted and the drink being ready to drink it was luke warm, the two friends with me felt exactly the same about the experience and the managers excuse of people don’t want to chat to customers because of covid was very poor because all we was asking for was the level of service we expect when we are paying for our meals

On visiting Hunters Hall at Galashiels I was surprised no one to greet you, I made my way to a table which was sticky don't think heating was working as was cold enough to keep jacket on.grains of rice laying on surface. ordered my wine which was supplied within ten minutes.Meals were typical of microwave products but edible for price,I ordered apple crumble which when served was obviously plated up hours ago and zapped in microwave sauce was like glue on bowl, totally inedible.service was poor , won't be back again, would rather pay another few pounds and get an enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed ordered food today for me and my mum and it was cold and chips were hard

love the White Hart in Aylesbury, clean great food and great COvid-19 measure in place.

Fish still good but very slow service for drinks. We have had and eaten our meal and still no drinks as of yet even though ordered at same time. After asking after them was told they have a backlog but getting on for a hour already and still no drinks even though paid for bt app in advance. In a pub this is not good. Wetherspoon Warminster. Sadly just not up to standard even in these challenging times. Hopefully get drinks before meal next time.

Visited wetherspoons at the White Hart at Todmorden, first of all encouraged to order by app, well that is not easy for older people, then right next to the table where we ate was a trolley, for used plates, cutlery and yes slops, food slops, disgusting when you are sat there eating, is the trolley just because of Covid, because myself and my sister felt sick, seeing waste food, and even my husband didn't like it. Avoid.

As a family we visited the Black horse in Northfield Birmingham. This is a wetherspoons pub. The car was parked on their car park. We entered jd wetherspoons and drank and ate on the premises.Shortly after this visit we received a parking charge notice for not being an authirised customer. My faith in honest practice and open accountability is shaken. These people need to be ashamed of themselves with these robbing corrupt practices authorised by wetherspoons.I nor my family will use a wetherspoons again. There customer service is none existant. The government need to strongly and quickly legislate against these companies.Be warned if you use wetherspoons.

After reading meals were as good or better than McDonald's for value. Myself and work colleagues visited the bransty arch whitehaven. Steak Tuesday cost £10.60 for a measly 6" x 2" piece of steak... of which I asked for no blood. It was dripping. And roughly 10 chips. Having picked the steak because there were no burgers or pizza available.... 2/10 and that's being kind.

The food prices are a rip off. Less food for more money. The words on the menu are so small you need the hubble telescope to read it. If it had been in larger print people could see what a rip off it is. Simple steak is just what it is. Just chips with it, no peas or tomatoes yet more money.

I have just been in The High Main and have not respecting social distancing regulations at all! taking drinks out of my hands even though I had been asked for ID at the bar, the team leader spilled all the drink over me and refused to give me a refund on my food.

Well done wetherspoons for listening to unhappy customers , so impressed today in bridlington with controlling amount of customers and insisting in track and trace forms being completed THANK YOU!

Travelled 20 miles to Telford to be greeted by very over zealous young lady who over ruled the young man who said there was table available and we wud have to wait !within seconds a table was available in an half empty pub so we moved tables only to be moved by the said lady !,,then we moved to play the gaming machine to be told only 1 person others to be seated we came to the point of leaving and she enquired if we had good experience no not at all
